We’re looking for warm, energetic Hospitality All-Rounders to join our teams across Sydney.

This role is all about people.

You might be taking an order, helping someone choose a pastry, running coffees, resetting the floor or jumping behind the machine — whatever is needed to keep service moving and customers looked after.

We’re looking for people who enjoy being part of a busy team and genuinely like talking to customers.

As an AP All-Rounder, you will:

- Welcome customers and create a warm first impression
- Take orders and operate the till
- Learn and confidently talk about our bread, pastries, coffee and food
- Recommend products and help customers navigate our offering
- Run food, coffee and drinks
- Support table service where required
- Assist with coffee depending on your experience
- Maintain clean, well-presented counters and customer areas
- Keep displays stocked and looking great
- Support opening, closing and daily cleaning procedures
- Jump in and help the team wherever needed
- Take ownership of the small things that make service better

- Available to work a flexible hospitality roster, including weekends

Hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude and personality matter just as much.

Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $41.00 per hour
