We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team. Your main goal is to make great coffee, chat with our customers, and keep the cafe running smoothly and cleanly.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking Drinks & Serving
- Prepare coffee and other hot or cold drinks to high standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the register.
- Serve food, cakes, or light snacks.
Cleaning & Organising
- Clean the Coffee machine and steam wands continuously throughout the day.
- Wipe down tables, counters, and seating areas.
- Wash dishes, cups, and kitchen utensils.
- Restock milk, coffee beans, cups, and lids.
Customer Service
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer questions about the menu and drink options.
- Handle busy morning rushes calmly and efficiently.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience working with a commercial espresso machine is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Ability to work quickly, multitask, and stay organised under pressure.
- People Skills: Friendly personality with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
