Bakery Café All-Rounder -We are looking for 1 All-Rounder – 4 Days a Week Friday to Monday

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable all-rounder to join our busy and cheerful bakery café team. If you have a can-do attitude, love working in a team, and enjoy engaging with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

You’ll be involved in a bit of everything – from customer service and making coffee to assisting in the kitchen with pie and pastry production. We are a small cafe doing small volumes of coffee, but large amounts of hand made pastries!

We value personality, energy, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Key Duties:

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service – always with a smile!
- Operating the coffee machine – barista experience essential
- Assisting the production team with food prep (particularly pies and pastries)




- General cleaning and maintenance to keep our space running smoothly

About You:

- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Confident and personable with a strong focus on customer service – café experience is essential
- A team player who’s happy to help out with any task – big or small
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated

Details:

- No cash-in-hand work – all employment is on the books
