EXPERIENCED BARISTA - MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

We’re a busy, community-focused café with a strong emphasis on specialty coffee, seasonal food and excellent service. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, knows their way around a busy machine and enjoys being part of a team.

About the role:

- Cafe hours are 7 am to 2 pm (Tuesday to Sunday), and we can offer flexible shifts for the right person.
- Prepare consistently excellent coffee throughout the busy service
- Dial in and maintain coffee quality throughout the day
- Confidently work in a busy environment and manage high-volume periods
- Prepare alternative milk coffees and a range of hot and cold beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
- Provide friendly, genuine customer service and operate the Square POS if needed




- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

About you:

- Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
- Quick, calm and organised under pressure
- Great attention to detail and consistency
- Friendly, positive and a team player
- Passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality
