The Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Managing Director, NSW & ACT, this is a highly visible Business Analyst role partnering with leaders across the NSW business. You'll combine client, market and financial insights to help identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. This role suits a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with people as much as data. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple service lines, translating complex information into clear recommendations and building relationships that help influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing client, market and financial data to support growth and strategic planning
- Undertaking market, competitor and green space analysis to identify opportunities
- Developing financial models, dashboards and commercial insights
- Preparing research, opportunity assessments and recommendations for senior leaders
- Partnering with business development and client-facing teams across multiple service lines
- Leveraging analytics, technology, AI and automation tools to improve decision-making and reporting
Experience within the property or real estate sector is advantageous but not essential.
About You
- Experience in business analytics, commercial analysis, strategy, research or a related discipline
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify trends, solve problems and turn data into a compelling story
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (ideally), CRM platforms or similar analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex information into clear,
practical recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Curious, proactive and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail
- Relevant qualification in business, finance, economics, analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience
