About the role A take away whole in the wall cafe concept. Quick, consistent and delicious. Working in a small team of 1-3, once trained around processes, you will generally work solo running the cafe as it is not as rapid paced as a standard cafe. You will have someone to assist during busy periods. Proudly serving Toby's Estate coffee!
Ideally the right candidate would be able to start ASAP!
Key responsibilities
- Coffee making and producing high level quality coffees with consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of cafe and machinery
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Top up small foods that are displayed
- Take rubbish and ensure washing is done
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience as an experienced, seasoned barista
- Expected to be able to do 5kg-6kg of coffee on their own in a semi fast paced environment
- Worked with large industry brands before
- Prompt and on time
