Ditch The Dirt Co is a growing local cleaning business servicing Baldivis, Rockingham, Kwinana and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing a thorough, reliable service while creating a friendly and supportive workplace for our team.

We are looking for a dependable casual domestic cleaner who takes pride in their work and can commit to regular weekday availability.

The role

You will work independently in clients' homes completing regular domestic cleans, including:

- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and kitchens

- Dusting and wiping surfaces

- Vacuuming and mopping floors

- General tidying and finishing touches

- Following client notes and company checklists

- Communicating clearly after each clean

Most work takes place Monday to Friday during daytime hours. School-hour availability can often be accommodated; however, finish times may vary depending on the location and length of each clean.

What we offer

- From $33.85 per hour plus superannuation

- Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours

- Cleaning products and equipment provided

- Travel reimbursement between client homes where applicable

What we are looking for
- Reliable and genuinely committed to the role

- Excellent attention to detail

- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

- Friendly, respectful and comfortable working in clients' homes

- Physically able to complete domestic cleaning duties

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- A current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
