Gavroche Brasserie is looking for an experienced, friendly, reliable and energetic Section Waiter to join our team.

Located in the heart of Chippendale, Gavroche is a French brasserie where great food, warm hospitality and a genuine passion for French culture come together.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills, with the possibility to progress into a Supervisor role for the right person.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a similar restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Good spoken English and confident communication with guests and the team
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail




- Availability for evening shifts and weekends
- Valid RSA
- Full working rights in Australia
- Commitment to the role through to the end of January 2027
