Chef – Full Time Position

Night Rock Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in a full-time role based in Williamstown. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy hospitality venue featuring a bistro, restaurant, functions, and events. Key Responsibilities

- Kitchen Operations: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality bistro and à la carte dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Menu Execution: Execute menu items to a high standard and contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal specials.
- Quality Control: Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Kitchen Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Teamwork:



Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Flexibility: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef in a bistro, restaurant, pub.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities during service periods.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
