Kewdale

What makes a great engineer?

We believe it isn't just technical knowledge.

It's curiosity.

It's mentoring others.

It's solving problems intelligently.

It's never stopping learning.

And above all, it's helping people achieve better outcomes.

At Engenuity, we believe the best engineering doesn't happen because someone knows all the answers—it happens when talented people work together, challenge conventional thinking, and genuinely support one another.

We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who wants to do more than deliver projects. This is a mid-level to senior position suited so you would need to have solid practical experience in civil design who can take ownership of projects and work with a reasonable level of independence because you will be joining our growing Perth team!

Also, keep in mind that you will work across a diverse range of civil engineering projects, including subdivision, commercial and land development projects, with opportunities to undertake earthworks, road, drainage and associated infrastructure design.

Why Engenuity?

Since 2012, Engenuity has grown into a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering structural, civil and geotechnical solutions across Australia.

Our culture is built around one simple philosophy:

Genuine Support. Better Outcomes.

That means supporting our clients, supporting each other, and creating an environment where people are trusted, challenged and encouraged to keep growing.

We believe the smartest engineering isn't necessarily the most complicated—it's the solution that creates the greatest value. We look for engineers who ask better questions, think beyond standards, simplify complexity, embrace new technologies, and never stop improving.

Innovation is part of our everyday work. Alongside our consulting projects, we're continually investing in research and development, advanced construction technologies,

Contemporary Methods of Construction (MMC), and smarter ways to deliver better outcomes for our clients.
