Rich Look Australia Pty Ltd is a New South Wales-based cleaning services business providing commercial and residential cleaning services across a range of client environments. Our operations include offices, retail premises, warehouses and residential properties, with a solid focus on reliable service delivery, quality standards, workplace safety and client satisfaction.

As our client base and service requirements continue to develop, we are seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager (ANZSCO 149999) to lead and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple client sites on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role The Cleaning Services Manager will plan, organise and control day-to-day cleaning operations, staff deployment, service quality and resources across client locations. The role will work closely with clients, cleaners, team leaders, suppliers and management to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently in accordance with agreed scopes of work and service standards.

This is a hands-on management position combining operational leadership, people management, client relationship management, quality assurance, workplace health and safety compliance, budgeting and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and coordinate commercial and residential cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed schedules, scopes of work and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, allocate cleaners and team leaders to sites, and adjust staffing arrangements to meet changing workloads, leave requirements and urgent client needs.
- Recruit, induct, train, supervise and support cleaning staff, including conducting toolbox talks, performance reviews and ongoing skills development.
- Develop, implement and review cleaning procedures, site instructions, service standards and quality-control processes to promote consistent service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, identify service gaps or performance issues, and implement timely corrective action.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, manage service agreements and site requirements, respond to concerns, and maintain positive long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate the on-boarding and mobilisation of new client sites, including staffing, equipment, supplies, schedules, site access and operational requirements.




- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, PPE requirements and safe use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Manage cleaning equipment, consumables and inventory levels, coordinate maintenance and replacement requirements, and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Monitor labour, equipment and consumable costs, assist with budgeting and financial control, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Support quotations, tender submissions and contract discussions by providing operational information, staffing requirements, service specifications and cost inputs.
- Monitor service-delivery KPIs, client feedback and operational performance, and prepare management reports on quality, staffing, costs and service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including rosters, training records, site inspection reports, incident records, client requirements and service documentation.
- Use scheduling, job-management and reporting systems to improve workforce coordination, visibility of service delivery and operational tracking.
- Resolve staff and operational issues promptly and professionally, including attendance, performance, workplace conflict and service continuity matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening service quality, safety, productivity, client retention and overall business performance.

Skills and Experience Required

- A Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Service Management or another relevant discipline; or equivalent substantial relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing cleaning services, facilities services, property services or another comparable service-delivery operation.
- Proven experience supervising and coordinating frontline staff across multiple work locations or client sites.
- Strong capability in rostering, workforce allocation, scheduling and day-to-day operational planning.
- Experience establishing and maintaining cleaning service standards,



conducting site inspections and managing quality-control processes.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements, risk management, PPE and safe work practices in a service environment.
- Demonstrated client relationship and service-management skills, including the ability to manage expectations, resolve concerns and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, inventory management, supplier coordination and operational reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to travel between client locations as required to supervise service delivery.

- Continuous improvement initiatives within a growing service business.
