About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Kuluin, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care.



Working closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team, you will:

- Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
- Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical documentation and funding-related processes
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
- Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
- Support workforce capability through mentoring, coaching and effective performance management
- Build solid relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and key stakeholders
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture focused on resident wellbeing

What You'll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop clinical teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and creating a positive team environment
