LifeHealthcare is seeking a motivated and professional Clinical Specialist to join our high-performing Queensland Spine team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons, provide clinical support in the operating theatre, and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for patients across Queensland. Whether you're an experienced clinical skilled or looking to transition into the medical device industry, this role offers extensive training, support, and genuine career development opportunities.

What you'll do:

- Provide clinical and technical support for surgical procedures in the operating theatre
- Deliver product training and education to surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders




- Ensure surgical cases are prepared with the appropriate implants, instruments, and equipment
- Partner with the broader Spine team to deliver outstanding customer service and patient outcomes

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a clinical, healthcare, or operating theatre environment
- Qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health, Radiography, Paramedicine, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland
