You will work with an established client base while also being supported to grow your own network, listings and market presence.
The role:
In this diverse Commercial Sales & Leasing position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial sales and leasing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement or lease execution
- Developing strong relationships with landlords, vendors, purchasers, tenants and local business owners
- Prospecting for new sales and leasing opportunities across the local commercial market
- Conducting appraisals and preparing professional sales and leasing proposals
- Coordinating property marketing campaigns, inspections and open-for-inspections
- Negotiating commercial lease terms, sales contracts and transaction outcomes
- Working closely with internal property management and administration teams
- Maintaining accurate records, pipeline activity and client communication through the CRM
- Building your personal profile and contributing to the continued growth of the commercial division
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Previous experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
- A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate,
with a full real estate licence highly regarded
- A demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships and win new business
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with a broad range of commercial clients
- Sound knowledge of the Melbourne commercial property market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
