About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Springwood, Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating the company's security service contracts, subcontractor agreements and commercial service arrangements. The role involves contract review, client liaison, pricing, variations, contract compliance, documentation and monitoring contractual performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, interpret and administer security service contracts, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, service specifications, schedules and work orders.
- Act as a key contractual contact between 7 Horses Enterprises Pty Ltd, clients, subcontractors and internal operational personnel.
- Liaise with clients to clarify security service requirements, including site coverage, staffing levels, service hours, site instructions and performance expectations.
- Prepare, review and negotiate pricing and commercial terms for new and existing security service arrangements.
- Develop,



review and negotiate contract variations relating to scope, staffing levels, service hours, security coverage, rates, service levels and contractual deliverables.
- Assess the contractual and financial implications of proposed service changes and provide advice to management and clients.
- Prepare quotations, variation proposals, contract amendments and supporting commercial documentation.
- Maintain contract registers and accurate records of agreements, work orders, schedules, quotations, negotiated rates, approved variations and correspondence.
- Coordinate the contractual mobilisation of new security services and client sites.
- Interpret contractual obligations and communicate service requirements and approved changes to clients, management, supervisors and operational personnel.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed scopes of work, service levels, staffing requirements and contractual obligations.
- Review service reports, attendance records, timesheets and supporting documentation to verify delivery against contractual requirements.
- Review and reconcile invoices against agreed contract rates, approved service hours, work orders, additional services and contract variations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to pricing, invoicing, service scope and contractual performance.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks arising from scope changes, pricing discrepancies,



additional services, non-performance and non-compliance.
- Maintain an appropriate audit trail of negotiations, client instructions, quotations, variations, approvals and contractual decisions.

About You The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Contract Administration experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering commercial contracts and service agreements.
- Experience reviewing contract terms, scopes of work, work orders and variations.
- Experience with pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Strong client and stakeholder liaison skills.
- Experience monitoring subcontractor or service-provider performance.
- Strong document control, record management and organisational skills.
- Ability to identify contractual, commercial and operational risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contractual matters simultaneously.

Experience in security services, labour hire, facilities management or other service-based contracting environmentswill be highly regarded.
