About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team, working across our QTank and APA product ranges. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, loves solving problems for customers, and knows how to turn an enquiry into a sale.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers — guiding them through their journey from initial enquiry to completed order, educating them on our products and the QSolutions difference, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone, email, website, and in person.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
- Preparing accurate quotes and proposals, and following up to maximise conversions.
- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Managing your sales pipeline and customer database with accuracy and attention to detail.




- Coordinating orders from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with our production and logistics teams.
- Keeping across market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends.
- Meeting sales targets and agreed KPIs.
- Resolving customer concerns professionally, in collaboration with the wider team

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in plumbing, building, or trade-related/technical products (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive, sales-minded approach paired with genuine customer care.
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a positive team environment
- Good computer skills, including confidence with email, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A professional, reliable, and customer-first attitude.
