We are seeking customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join a busy team on an initial 3-month contract. This role will see you providing high-quality support to customers across multiple channels while ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and online channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner.
- Process online and telephone transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Administer payment processing activities, including BPAY transactions.
- Manage returned mail items and undertake follow-up actions to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Assist customers with online ordering processes and promote self-service options.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve service delivery objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues,



escalating concerns when appropriate.

About You:
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or a similar customer focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident using computer systems and learning new technology quickly.
- A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Baseline Security Clearance is highly regarded.
- Availability to commence immediately.
