We know that being well supported enables us to thrive and better partner with our customers. It’s because of this that we’re looking for an engaging Customer Support Specialist to join the Nufarm Customer Operations team based in Laverton North.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the commercial relationship of our key accounts via proactive engagement to deliver a superior customer experience aligned to Nufarm’s Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition. What will you be doing?

Be responsible for planning and executing customer service programs through inbound/outbound telephone, email and digital engagement with our key account customers.

Scheduled regular key account engagements which are agenda driven and are aligned to program objectives

Work with Commercial team to ensure delivery of program objectives (actions and outcomes) for agreed stores and accounts

Capture customer feedback, actions and ensure timely resolution

Manage interface with, and work effectively with, Customer Service to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of channel partner supply chain and commercial queries

Develop and maintain positive channel partner relationships





Proactive order management tasks based on customer segmentation where complex interactions, problem solving, and a level of decision making is required to ensure maximum conversion of open orders to shipments

Plan and execute timely programs on Top 30 foundational products, supported with commercial offers, to deliver volume targets

Capture and report market and product intelligence for the business to utilise in the IBP process

Maintenance of customer master data in core systems

Covering Customer Service activities as required during leave, absences and peak periods

What do you bring?

You’re a proactive and commercially savvy Customer Service professional who brings demonstrated experience operating in operational environments looking to take the next step in your career with a market leading agrochemical organisation. You’re comfortable using ERP systems (JD Edwards/CRM- Salesforce) and the suite of Microsoft Office programs to leverage data.

You’re an engaging and confident communicator and you have solid written and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with a diverse group of people each day and providing the best possible customer experience. You’re naturally curious and enjoy being exposed to a variety of tasks and the opportunity to learn new things. You’re comfortable working autonomously, but also enjoy being a part of a wider, collaborative team.
