Due to a team member relocating, they are looking for a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join their close-knit Property Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some real estate experience who wants to build their skills across leasing and property management, with plenty of support and future progression available.

The Role

Working Monday to Saturday with a weekday off, you will support the Property Management team across a varied portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Managing leasing enquiries and processing applications




- Conducting open homes
- Preparing open home packs
- Liaising with tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Issuing work orders to trades
- Assisting with lease renewals
- Supporting insurance claims
- General property management administration
- Working across multiple Western Sydney offices

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to continue developing their career within property management. You will ideally have:

- Previous experience within real estate, leasing or property management
- Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license and reliable car
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Property Tree would be advantageous
