No two shifts are the same! You’ll have the opportunity to work across Bar, Bistro, Gaming, Reception, Cellar, Concierge, Functions & Events, and more.

We’ll provide the training — all you need to bring is your positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

About You
Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused
Flexible and available to work across a 7-day roster
Well-presented with confident communication skills
A team player who can also work independently
Current NSW RSA & RCG, or willing to obtain them
Previous experience is great, but full training is provided

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist our guests
Serve food and beverages
Take orders and make recommendations
Prepare drinks, cocktails and beer
Support our different departments as required
Deliver friendly, professional service every time

Trading Hours
Sunday–Thursday: 10am–4am
Friday–Saturday: 10am–6am
