The Role
You'll support a young person to:
• Build independence and daily living skills
• Increase confidence and engagement in meaningful activities
• Access community experiences and personal interests
• Develop social connections and life skills
• Explore recreation, fitness and wellbeing opportunities

Experience in disability support, youth work, mental health, education, community services or therapeutic supports will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements
Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Current Driver Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
Australian Working Rights
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Commitment to child-safe and inclusive practice
Experience supporting children or young people, implementing Behaviour Support Plans or working within therapeutic environments will be highly regarded.
