The Role
You'll support a customer to:
• Maintain independence at home by completing domestic duties and housekeeping support
• Participate in community activities and appointments
• Attend social outings and group activities
• Access local services and supports
• Build confidence and community connections
• Exercise choice, control and self-determination
• Continue participating in meaningful and enjoyable experiences

Essential Requirements
Current Driver Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Australian Working Rights
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English
Willingness to support community activities, appointments and social outings]
