About the Role

LC4 Integration SPO is seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer with relevant knowledge of ODCS and Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) to operate as an embedded member of the Platform Integrated Electronic Systems (Plat-IES) team.

The Requirements Engineer is accountable to the Principal Engineer within LC4S Branch and manages engineering effort across Electronics Engineers, RF Communications Engineers and Systems Engineers supporting development, design, integration and technical certification of the Military Communications System.

Services / Responsibilities

- Conduct requirements analysis and development.
- Manage a requirements set throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage linkages between requirements and system design.
- Manage capture of V&V; outcomes against requirements.
- Assist the Engineering team with certification and support.
- Plan and deliver engineering services,



regulatory compliance, resource management and project outcomes.
- Review contract deliverables.
- Perform broader Systems Engineering tasks when required.

Experience & Skills

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

- Systems engineering services.
- Practitioner-level DOORS requirements management experience.
- Requirement development and management.
- VCRM development and management.
- Development of V&V; plans/procedures.
- Review of V&V; procedures to ensure test cases validate project requirements.
- Design documents and specialist engineering reports.
- Engineering plans, procedures and reports.
- Hazard analyses and reports.
- Certification.
- Contract documentation, plans and reports.

Essential: Higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than eight years.
