About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and service-focused Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment,



preparing high-quality beverages and engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency.
- Assist with daily stock management and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Provide expert beverage recommendations and naturally drive sales through guest engagement.
- Support restaurant operations and work collaboratively with the floor team.
- Follow bar opening and closing procedures, including stock management and batching.
- Maintain a calm and professional attitude during high-pressure services.

Requirements

- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
- Strong cocktail-making skills and broad beverage knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
- A current NSW RSA certificate.
- Availability to work a mix of evening and weekend shifts is essential.
- Experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern flavours is advantageous but not essential.
