About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and service-focused Section Waiter to join our casual team. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic hospitality and a high-standard dining experience.



This role is perfect for a service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine connections with guests while managing their own section independently.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage a busy dining section with a high level of attention to detail.
- Deliver a seamless sequence of service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to.
- Provide expert menu recommendations and confidently upsell food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and manage guest requests professionally.
- Maintain strong section awareness and timing to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Collaborate closely with the floor and kitchen teams to provide a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of dietary requirements and allergens.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- A current NSW RSA competency card.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, guest-focused personality.
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and organized during busy peak periods.
- Availability to work a mix of evening and weekend shifts is essential.
- Knowledge of Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine and wine is highly regarded but not essential.
- A reliable, well-presented, and coachable skilled with a passion for hospitality.
