Do you enjoy meaningful conversations and connecting with others? We are looking for a friendly Social Volunteer to visit a lovely lady for one hour each week and share the gift of companionship.

This lady enjoys reading biographies and learning about the fascinating lives and experiences of others. She also loves having a chat, sharing stories, and getting to know recent people. Whether you're discussing an interesting book, reminiscing about life experiences, or simply enjoying a friendly conversation, your visits can help bring connection and friendship to her week.

As a Social Volunteer, you'll provide valuable companionship and support, helping to reduce social isolation while building a genuine and rewarding friendship.

Requirements18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for an hour visit between 9am and 5pm Monday, Tuesday or Friday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
