This is a remote, independent, performance-based role within the leadership education sector. It is suited to self-directed professionals who value flexibility, enjoy working autonomously and are comfortable taking ownership of their results.

You will work with established systems, digital marketing strategies and a structured communication process while developing relationships with people from a range of professional backgrounds.

Many of the skills required are highly transferable from areas such as learning and development, training, leadership, management, client services, communications, recruitment, consulting or business development.

Requirements

- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people one-to-one
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Organised,



self-motivated and willing to learn new systems
- An interest in leadership, learning and professional growth
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure rather than a fixed salary
- Currently based in Australia with the right to work in Australia

This is not suitable for students or those seeking a traditional position.
