About the role:

Our client is currently seeking a Contractor Podiatrist to join their growing team, with opportunities available across their Bayside Melbourne clinics.

You’ll have access to an established client base and the opportunity to build a strong caseload without needing to start from scratch. The role is suited to Podiatrists who enjoy working independently while still having access to a supportive and collaborative clinical team.

The contractor arrangement is based on percentage earnings of approximately 45% of billings, with the potential for strong earning capacity due to the clinic’s high client value and established referral network.

While the client is open to contractor arrangements,



they generally find that an employee-based arrangement can provide a better overall outcome for clinicians through additional employee benefits and superannuation.

About You:

- A Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
- A genuine passion for patient care and positive clinical outcomes
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work confidently both independently and within a team
- A willingness to learn and continuously develop your clinical skills
- A proactive and positive approach to your work
- The ability to build strong relationships with patients, referrers and colleagues
