About the service

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Huntly Village & Viewpoint are childcare and kindergarten centres located in Huntly, a growing regional suburb in Northern Bendigo.

Aspire Huntly Village & Viewpoint are excited to be part of the growing Huntly community, providing high-quality long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The centre features purpose-built learning spaces, spacious outdoor areas and a play-based curriculum designed to support children's learning, development and connection with their community.
As Aspire’s first childcare centre in Huntly, we’re committed to building strong connections with local families, schools, businesses and community organisations through meaningful experiences, community events and cultural programs throughout the year.

Skills and experience
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Diploma or Certificate III qualified educators with at least 1 year experience within the Early Childhood Sector.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of early childhood development,



be confident working with children and be able to support room leaders effectively in delivering high-quality care and education.
- Able to demonstrate initiative, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a protected and engaging space for children.
- Confident stepping up and leading the room in the absence of the Room Leader, ensuring continuity of routines, programming, and team direction.
- Full availability is essential, along with consistency and commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and the team.
- Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
