Director / Associate Director, Funds Management

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate private credit investment manager, is looking to appoint a Director or Associate Director to join their Funds Management team.

n

A hands on role at the centre of the business, covering portfolio management, fund operations and investor engagement across the firm's real estate credit funds, working closely with a small team of associates.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and monitor fund portfolios, including NAVs, asset liquidity and exposure across the balance sheet
n
- Lead fund updates, information memoranda and DDQs across wholesale and private client channels
n
- Oversee capital allocation processes and support new fund launches
n
- Manage warehouse facilities
n
- Maintain comfort across the capital stack,



from senior debt through mezzanine and preferred equity to ordinary equity
n
- Build and manage investor relationships, supporting capital raising activity
n
- Stay genuinely hands on with the team, reviewing and approving rather than purely overseeing
n
- Identify and drive improvements to existing processes and structures
n

Requirements

n

n
- Solid experience in funds management, portfolio management or investment management within real estate credit, private credit or a related asset class
n
- Comfortable operating across a diverse capital stack
n
- Solid stakeholder management and investor facing experience
n
- A hard working, prudent self starter who takes ownership
n
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
