Occupational Therapist - Flexible & Rewarding Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and growing mobile, community-based service located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. In this role, you will work with clients in their own homes, providing tailored therapy services to a diverse range of individuals, including those in the NDIS, TAC, Worksafe, and Aged Care sectors.

About the Role:

n

This is a part-time or full time position (minimum 3 days per week). We also offer contracting opportunities for those seeking greater flexibility.

As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will:

n

n
- Visit clients in their homes, assess their needs, and design intervention programs to help them achieve meaningful goals
n
- Conduct assessments for home modifications, from simple to complex
n
- Assist clients in finding the right assistive technology solutions
n
- Maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, local area coordinators,



and equipment suppliers
n
- Write reports to document client progress, outcomes, and recommendations
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience or a keen interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities, chronic disease, and complex care needs
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a flexible caseload
n
- Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions, following an extensive onboarding program
n
- A reliable car and drivers license to visit clients in their homes
n
- Current NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
n
