We're looking for an experienced and reliable Casual Café Cook to join our café team.

Typically, our team members work 3-4 shifts per week.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Prepare and cook a range of quality café meals to company standards
n
- Work confidently across grill, fryer and short-order cooking stations
n




- Maintain excellent presentation and consistency of all menu items
n
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures at all times
n
- Complete stock rotation (FIFO), labelling and storage requirements
n
- Conduct temperature monitoring and quality checks
n

About You

n

- Previous experience working in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
n
- We operate 24/7, with team members typically working a consistent roster pattern across either day, afternoon or night shifts.
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
