The client is seeking an experienced IT Contract Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on contract management systems, processes and governance across a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial, landowner and construction-related agreements.

Role

n

This role will be responsible for delivering improvements to contract management capabilities through a combination of business process transformation, governance uplift and supporting technology solutions.

n

Accountabilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of contract management initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption.
n
- Drive improvements to contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, governance and reporting capabilities.
n
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the management of corporate, supplier,



landowner and construction contracts.
n
- Deliver enhancements or implementation of contract management technology platforms and supporting processes.
n
- Establish governance frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms across the contract portfolio.
n
- Ensure alignment with Victorian Government governance and procurement requirements where appropriate.
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex business and technology projects as a Project Manager.
n
- Strong understanding of contract management processes, governance and lifecycle management.
n

Procurement and Commercial Systems

n

Supplier and Vendor Management Processes

- Strong vendor and third-party management capability.
