An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly respected Managing Director within a well-established global organisation. This is a broad and rewarding role offering true executive support, exposure to senior leadership, and involvement in major business initiatives and events.
n
Working within a collaborative, down-to-earth culture, you will become a trusted right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day while supporting the wider leadership team as required.
n
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support across a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
n
n
- End-to-end diary and calendar management
n
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
n
- Managing executive expenses and company credit card reconciliations
n
- Preparing presentations, reports and business documentation
n
- Drafting internal communications on behalf of the Managing Director
n
- Coordinating executive meetings, boardroom preparation and catering
n
- Supporting quarterly town hall meetings and corporate events
n
- Assisting with large-scale industry events and exhibitions
n
- Collating monthly leadership and reporting packs
n
- Managing office administration, purchasing and supplier coordination
n
- Minute taking and meeting follow-up actions as required
n

- Full-time permanent position

- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | 5 days per week onsite

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n

- Previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director or senior executive
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
n
- Strong diary, travel and stakeholder management experience
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Confidence working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
n
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
n
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, infrastructure, transport or a similar environment will be highly regarded, though not essential.
