What you'll be doing
n
n
- Building, developing, and leading an engaged, high-performing team
n
- Leading from the floor and delivering a best-in‐class guest experience
n
- Launching and operating a commercially successful store with strong oversight of labour, expenses, and inventory
n
- Owning the end-to-end employee experience — from recruitment and onboarding to coaching and development
n
- Creating a store culture that reflects Arc'teryx values and authentically connects with the local community
n
- Managing product flow, visual merchandising, and inventory operations
n
- Championing sustainability, innovation, and outdoor exploration
n
- Leading weekly leadership huddles to align people, product, operations, and community
n
n
You'll thrive in this role if you
n
n
- Bring 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Experience in an Outlet environment (preferred).
n
- Are commercially minded and know how to balance people, product, and profit
n
- Have strong financial acumen across budgeting, expense management, and performance driving
n
- Love developing people and building capable, confident teams
n
- Are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and community
n
- Embrace change, ambiguity, and prospect with a calm, solutions‐focused mindset
n
- Are collaborative, curious, and always looking for a better way
n
- Lead with authenticity, intention, and clear communication
