We are a globally distributed team of 70+ across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and the Philippines.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join the team in Melbourne. This is a B2B, inbound & outbound, phone-based sales role. At it's core, you will demonstrate to real estate agents and their agencies that our platform is the key to their success.

- are comfortable leaning into a consultative sales style;

- can confidently call yourself a "solutions seller";
n
- are a salesperson who can pitch to a salesperson;
n




- can quickly wrap your head around our product and the problem we are solving;
n
- keep up to date with market trends and can act as an industry expert;
n
- are no longer a junior salesperson (this is not an entry-level role - we need someone who has the foundations and expertise already under their belt);
n
- are an effective communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills;
n
- are confident to pick up the phone, relationship build, identify needs, objection handle, and confidently (and successfully) close;
n
- thrive in a phone-based / remote set-up;
n
- are a hustler and are driven by the numbers;
n
- are someone who consistently meets (and even better, exceeds) your monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Base salary + uncapped commissions.
