MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Sales & Leadership Graduate Program across our Canberra businesses.

How The Program Works

n

You'll rotate through several businesses, working with different managers, teams and customers as you build experience across:

n

- Operations & Warehouse: Learn the products, systems and processes that keep things running.
n
- Internal Sales: Work directly with customers and build your sales and product knowledge.
n
- Administration & Commercial: Understand the financial side of the business.
n
- Projects & Purchasing: Gain exposure to quoting, purchasing and negotiation.
n
- External Sales: Build your business development skills.
n

You'll also complete tailored courses across sales, leadership, negotiation and financial management, plus product training, factory tours and graduate networking.

n

From there, potential career pathways include Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager and Business Manager.

About You

n

You don't need electrical industry experience. We'll teach you that.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in business
n
- Is ambitious, commercially minded and keen to take on responsibility
n
- Enjoys working with customers and building relationships
n
- Takes initiative and is willing to learn from the ground up
n
- Holds a current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n
