Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic review of an organisation's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities.

This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience in BCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting, who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Support current-state assessments of BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilities
n
- Assist with and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops
n
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document findings
n
- Review and analyse existing BCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentation
n
- Support maturity assessments and gap analysis against ISO 22301 and relevant risk frameworks
n
- Develop and update BCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooks
n
- Support development of implementation roadmap
n




- Assist with executive-level reports, presentations and client deliverables
n
- Work closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputs
n

About You

n

n
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Consultant
n
- Strong experience in BCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or Governance
n
- Hands-on experience supporting or conducting BIA workshops
n
- Robust analytical, documentation and report-writing skills
n
- Experience developing frameworks, processes, templates or playbooks
n
- Understanding of ISO 22301 and BCM best practice
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Experience within Australian Government or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
