Job Description
n
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, process flows, and control objectives to define comprehensive test coverage.
n
- Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, system, and user acceptance test cases.
n
- Validate end-to-end Identity and Access Management workflows, including: User onboarding and offboarding Access requests and approvals, User provisioning and deprovisioning, Role and entitlement management, Identity lifecycle management.
n
- Test and validate IAM, PAM, and Identity Governance solutions and integrations.
n
- Verify user access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), role assignments, and compliance requirements.
n
- Validate interfaces and integrations between IAM platforms and connected enterprise applications.
n
- Perform batch processing and scheduler validation using tools such as Control-M, Autosys, and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
n
- Execute SQL-based data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
n
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution using JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
n
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
n
- Prepare test execution reports, validation evidence, and quality sign-off recommendations.
n
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements by ensuring adequate testing controls and documentation.
n
n
Mandatory skills
n
5+ years of experience in Functional, Integration, or IAM Testing.
n
Robust understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, processes, and controls.
n
n
- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint
n
- Saviynt
n
- Okta
n
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
n
- CyberArk
n
n
Experience validating provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and role-based access control processes.
n
Solid experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and test reporting.
n
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
n
Experience with batch scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or TWS.
n
Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, or similar test and defect management tools.
n
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
