Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expert with strong Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience experience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessments
n
- Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops
n
- Assess BCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident response
n
- Evaluate integration with Enterprise Risk Management
n
- Perform gap assessments against ISO 22301 and relevant Australian risk and security frameworks
n
- Develop BCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templates
n
- Create an implementation roadmap
n




- Prepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
n

About You

n

n
- At least 5 years experience in BCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consulting
n
- Proven experience conducting maturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analyses
n
- Strong knowledge of BIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident response
n
- Experience with ISO 22301
n
- Understanding of risk management, governance and GRC
n
- Australian Government or highly regulated workplace experience highly desirable
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills
n
- Able to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
n
- Open to work on a 3-month contract duration
