Job Description

Mercy Health in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator for our aged care facility. You will design and deliver engaging programs to enhance residents' wellbeing and work with families and staff to tailor activities within care plans.

You will lead inclusive activities, monitor engagement, oversee events, and coordinate a Volunteer Program to enrich resident experiences across the facility. This role is based on site in Melbourne.
