Job Description

Plena Healthcare in Tamworth NSW is seeking a Dietitian for a mobile role delivering high-quality dietetics services to adults in Residential Aged Care and the local community. You will assess needs, provide person-centred care, and work with facilities to improve nutrition and hydration.
