Job Description
Environment Lead
n
Location: Brisbane
n
Duration: Approx. 4 months, through to end of January 2027
n
The Environment Lead will take ownership of environment readiness activities across multiple applications, working closely with vendors, project teams, business stakeholders, testing teams, data migration teams and technical resources.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate environment readiness across multiple applications and project workstreams
n
- Ensure environments are appropriately provisioned, configured and available to support migration, testing and deployment activities
n
- Develop and coordinate environment schedules and readiness milestones
n
- Identify and manage environment dependencies, risks, constraints and issues
n
- Coordinate activities across infrastructure, application, vendor and project teams
n
- Work closely with testing and data migration teams to ensure environments are fit for purpose
n
- Proactively identify potential environment conflicts or delays and drive resolution
n
- Manage competing environment requirements across multiple workstreams
n
- Support delivery within established project governance frameworks
n
- Provide clear environment status and readiness updates to project stakeholders
n
n
Key Skills & Experience
n
n
- Proven experience as an Environment Lead, Workplace Manager or similar
n
- Demonstrated experience managing complex environments across multiple enterprise applications
n
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, application hosting and environment management practices
n
- Experience supporting application migration, testing and deployment
n
- Strong environment planning and coordination capability
n
- Experience managing technical dependencies, risks and issues
n
- Proven ability to coordinate vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders
n
- Experience working within structured project governance frameworks
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Proactive,
self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of environment delivery
n
- Experience within a complex enterprise or healthcare environment would be advantageous
n
