We are seeking a warm, community-focused Associate Osteopath to join our multidisciplinary practice

n

in Hobart. This is a subcontractor position, starting at 2 days per week with

n

strong potential to expand as your patient list grows.

n

We're a small, friendly, and well-established clinic with a steady flow of 2 to 5

n

new patients each week, providing an excellent prospect for a motivated

n

practitioner to grow a thriving caseload. In addition, we have a large and loyal

n

existing patient base, offering ongoing opportunities for patient retention,

n

referrals, and long-term practice growth.

n

About the role

n

Subcontractor position with competitive remuneration (based on experience)

n

2 days per week to start, with room to expand

n

Work alongside 2 osteopaths, remedial massage, and a supportive wellness team

n

Located in a quiet corner of a health hub including yoga/pilates studio, gym, GP

n

surgeries, podiatry, and local chemists

n

Manage your own bookings through Cliniko

n

Ideal for someone confident working independently on some days

n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who

n

n




- Has at least 2 years clinical osteopathy experience
n
- Is AHPRA-registered Osteopath
n
- Is warm, friendly, and community-focused
n
- Has genuine care for your patients and wants to grow your practice
n
- Is able to work independently and manage your own schedule
n
- Is comfortable using Cliniko and handling your own bookings
n
- Confident in building rapport and providing thoughtful, patient-centred care and plans
n
- Is interested in contributing to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
n
