Box Hill | $500 + Super per day | 3-Month Contract

We are seeking a Talent & Succession Specialist to join a leading organisation based in Box Hill. This role will focus on talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives, helping to identify and develop future leaders across the business.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will:

n

n
- Support talent management and succession planning activities
n
- Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities
n
- Assist with workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
n
- Partner with leaders to build talent pipelines and leadership capability
n
- Provide insights and recommendations to support talent strategies
n
- Contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion programs
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Experience in talent management, succession planning,



organisational development or a related HR discipline
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- The ability to analyse talent data and identify development opportunities
n
- Experience partnering with leaders and influencing decision-making
n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, Talent or Organisational Development
n
