Job Description

NW People Group Pty Ltd in Tuggerah, NSW is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for a busy distribution workplace. You will handle customer enquiries from start to finish, process orders, returns and credits, and liaise with operations and logistics teams.

The role is Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, paying AUD 37.50 per hour, and is a temporary assignment. Strong communication, data entry, and ability to work toward KPIs are essential.
