Job Description

AWS RI Operations is seeking a driven analyst to own the creation and processing of Reservation Product transaction requests. You will work from a ticket queue and ensure compliance with legal and security requirements while meeting strict SLAs.

You will investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions, communicating clearly across teams. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business analysis with solid Excel skills are expected.
