create to the way we support our people. The Opportunity We’re
looking for an Analytics Business Partner to join our Analytics and
Data team within Technology. This role sits at the intersection of
business need and data capability. You’ll partner with leaders
across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Marketing to
understand the decisions they need to make, uncover the real
analytical need, and design solutions that improve how the business
operates. You’ll combine strong stakeholder partnering with
hands-on analytics capability across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI,
DAX and SQL. Partner with business leaders to understand key
decisions and shape the right analytical response. Run structured
discovery, challenge briefs and help define the real business
problem. Design and maintain semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
Build Power BI dashboards and paginated reports that support transparent
business decisions. Translate trends,
patterns and anomalies into
practical recommendations. Partner with Data Engineering to
investigate source data and improve analytical capability. Own and
prioritise the analytics backlog based on business value and
impact. Champion self-service analytics and build greater data
literacy across the organisation. What you’ll bring 3–5 years’
experience in analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.
Strong experience partnering directly with non-technical
stakeholders. Proficiency in DAX and SQL, with experience building
semantic models. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including
interactive dashboards and paginated reports. Experience with
Microsoft Fabric or the broader Microsoft data stack. Strong
communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to
translate between business and technical audiences. A commercial
mindset and demonstrated experience using analytics to influence
