Job Description

Blue Card Services, part of the Department of Justice QLD, is seeking a Principal Legal / Assessment Officer to lead a team responsible for assessing eligibility and risk under Queensland's worker screening framework.

You will provide expert legal, policy and procedural advice, oversee complex assessments, and ensure decisions are evidence-based, legally defensible and consistent with natural justice.
