We are seeking an experienced Night Duty Registered Nurse for a fixed-term, part-time opportunity covering maternity leave, working Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (64 hours per fortnight).

n

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an in-charge role on night duty within aged care, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting our residents and team.

What you will do?

n

As a Registered Nurse You Will Be Responsible For

n





n
- Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
n
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
n
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
n
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
n
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
n
- Positive resident experience through resident-centred approach
n
- You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
n

Who are you and what will you bring?

- Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
n
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
n
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
n
